Education near HH airport

I belive I in this forum read about a place near the airport or maybe near the Kings Palace where Thai people can have training and/or education wery cheap in many different jobs.
I try to search in the forum but I cant find it.
Any body help :(

Klai Kang Won School (on the same side of Petchakasem Rd as the palace). Offer classes for adults Monday to Friday daytimes for 1 baht a day for Thai citizens. Classes in computer programs, sewing and pattern cutting, cooking and lots more. Best of luck!

Only other place I know is Suan Dusit Rajabhat University directly opposite the airport entrance. They offer hospitality majors in airline / hotel / tourism.
