Could you explain more regarding the name, status etc. of the accreditation body ?
Also, is the course and its associated accreditation accepted as a recognised qualification for teaching English in other countries apart from Thailand ?

Curriculum was jointly prepared by WECI and us and is certified by Ministry of Education (which was not an easy process)...

Cannot speak for other countries but having seen some of the courses accepted in other parts of SE Asia, I would suggest no problem. The offering is new so only time will tell.

Employment for Thai Speakers

Post by bapak »

Some local employers have asked us from time-to-time to recommend a Thai English language student for employment with their company.

We have decided to set up a database of our Thai students of English who are seeking employment. So if you are looking for English language speaker (from basic to good), send an email to info@learningcentre.co.th with details of the job you are offering and we will check our database. If someone meets your requirements, we will send details to you.

There is no cost for either the student or you for this service

Several months ago The Learning Centre commenced STEP Thai conversation classes. They have proved to be immensely popular.
STEP Thai class was designed for those students who have some knowledge of Thai... that they are past the alphabet, tones, etc. stage of learning Thai, and now want something more practical.
The 1 hour classes are offered every day during the week, where the STEP student can either attend or not depending on their available time. Each session offers a different subject.. one day perhaps directions , next day dining, or banking, and so on.
STEP classes is a fast flexible way to learn Thai. They are designed to provide everything you need for effective Thai communication in the shortest possible time.
Cost is Baht 170 per hour. You are only paying if you attend.

For more details, email: info@learningcentre.co.th or phone: Khun Jeab at 083 801 1335 (Thai/English), or just drop by.

Hi thanks for your offer but seeing as I am in the UK it's a fair distance to travel for a sample! :D

I have recently been in email contact with Donald getting information and while I am keen to be learning with you, the course times could be a little promblematic.
