New High School in Hua Hin?

There is a very modern, recently constructed building about a kilometer south of the flyover (and before Soi 116) on the west side of the highway that now has a sign out front that says it is a high school.

I wonder if this will be the international school that everyone (with teenagers) has been waiting for here.
My brain is like an Internet browser; 12 tabs are open and 5 of them are not responding, there's a GIF playing in an endless loop,... and where is that annoying music coming from?

Hope not, would prefer that to be north Hua Hin :D

I will take bets on when the first accident involving the exit of the kids in the arvo on their scooters and the hordes descending on the outdoor market 100 yards up takes place!
(I'm suggesting within the first week)!
