The first of this year's Chinese New Year shows.

The Golden Dragon Celebrations Show will be at Market Village on 21 Feb 15, starting at 17:00hrs.

Thanks for the above info Big Boy. We are brand new to HH and I was wondering where to go and see some of the CNY celebrations. Is there anywhere else in HH that celebrates this also? We are keen to check it out. Thanks.

They normally put on a very show in Phon King Phet Park, which is down the hill from the Railway Station. However, I've not seen anything advertised yet. Non-promotion of events is not unusual in Hua Hin.

If its on, it will probably be Thursday evening.

the one big boy mentioned near the train station was getting set up today there were lots of dragons etc being delivered

If like other years, it doesn't really get going until the sun goes down, but this year.......................... who knows?

16:30 this afternoon, Mrs BB told me we were taking out granddaughters to the show. Knowing my place, I said OK.

The show was just a re-run of last year, but not quite as good. Another 'How high can we balance the baby without dropping him' show. A good hours entertainment, but I could have done without it. Anyway, I took a few snaps:
