RC plane/helicopter club Hua Hin

Hello there,

I am in Hua Hin and wonder if there is any RC model club, shop, field in the area.
I brought my helicopter and a small foam plane that I would like to fly.

I read something about Phetchaburi, Cha-am field.

Can anyone give me some informations pls.

I came across this RC Shop in HH. The owner teaches flying at the airport, notice he has a photo with a you westerner so chances are he speaks some English.

I've spoken with the shop owner. His English was sufficient to address my questions. He told me of a place not far from his shop where people fly RC in the late afternoon. No, I don't know where it is.

When I'm in town I cycle in the evenings out by Black Mountain golf course and the other side of the Water Park and water ski thing, on the left of the road where they're building another lake, I see a small group of people flying model airplanes most days.

Excellent. I'll be back in Hua Hin before that.

I've met the shop owner for RC Hobby Shop, very good and knowledgeable guy.

I've also met a couple of the local "farang" flyers.

The shop has 2 fields they use for flying and do so early in the morning and late afternoon, daily.

Legally........on your own property, and only if you are 30 meters from everything and anything. Along with your neighbor not complaining.

Sold my 2 vid drones, and can't remember the last time I flew. Certainly wasn't this year. Won't fly again, till we build another house, so maybe in about a year.
