Koh Tao

I'm considering taking a trip down to Koh Tao when relations visit us next in February. Would appreciate any info on travel time to Chumphon (by car), parking in Chumphon (will leave car there for about 3 days) recommended hotels.

About 3 - 3 1/2 hours to Chumpon depending on traffic and road condition.
