I don't understand that. I've literally checked and ALL channels are available in whatever category. You do realise that the new format requires you to scroll down in the mid section to see the rest of the channels. Initially, you will only see the first 3 or 4. When selected, the channel appears on the right side of the screen. Scrolling down in that part of the screen will give you all the catch-up.

So in brief, the screen is divided into 3 sections. The first being category, the middle are the channels selected within the category and the one on the right hand side is details of the channel you select.

The e-mail I got was in direct response to an email I sent.

I had vowed never to use HD Prime never again. Since that vow I had switched from True to AIS as my service provider.

A few weeks ago, there was something I desperately wanted to watch on TV. HD Prime was my only option. I checked my credit, and saw that I had enough for their 3 day package. It was dead money, so I thought what the hell, I purchased a 3 day package. I was pleasantly surprised. Not perfect, but 10x better than my previous attempts to use it. I continued using it to watch things like Sky Sports News. It was definitely acceptable. I have actually been so impressed, I have resumed monthly subscription for sports, now that beIN is a dead duck. I now run it alongside TV Mucho, which I use for my soaps  etc.

I don't know what the difference is. Has HD Prime got it right at last, or was it True? Whatever, HD Prime is a feasible product for me at last.

BB you have exactly what I have with the twp suppliers. I continued with the HD Prime and it has improved. Yes it does freeze but not as bad as before and it depends what server you choose. I find ThaiA good but sometimes I go to EuropeC
It would be nice to know what server is the most reliable from others using HD Prime

The server switch is much easier now. I just use Thai A, B or C - all are great until they freeze, but 10 seconds and it's sorted.

Yes I agree with you.
With the Premier last season I used to go into BeIn Sports and use ThaiA and it was always freeze free for the whole match- what a pity BeIn lost that Premier deal.

I would concur that HD prime is better overall in 2019 than say 17 or 18.

Also now in back in the UK its 'quite acceptable' whereas the previous years it was absolutely a non starter

Is anybody else having a problem getting a picture from HD Prime.
I can get into the system and see all the channels but cannot connect to any channel I have tried

I've been using HDPrime since it's outset and apart from a couple of hiccups which were sorted very quickly and despite other people's experiences, I've never had a problem.
I take the full package and it's on several hours a day. Not sure if it makes a difference but I receive it through an old laptop attached via HDMI to the TV.
My internet is 3BB fibre.

I could have written that myself.

Although I do occasionally have streaming issues from time to time, customer service is very attentive and he usually finds a way to get the content running again smoothly.

But to be perfectly honest very occasionally there's nothing he can do. But it's only temporary

He's also excellent at adding content at my suggestion. If there's a movie or a series you want to watch he can almost certainly add it. Only a couple times has he not been able to source me something I wanted.

The catch up service is so handy for me, I can watch the Golf that was shown whilst I was sleeping overnight and also skip back and forth to see certain players etc

All in all I'd give this service a 8.5/10 rating.

As regards the earlier post today with technical problem just download the Telegram messaging app as per instructions on site and send him a message. He usually responds within a couple of minutes. That sounds like something fundamental to me, for all channels not to be showing content.

Good luck

I'm a long term user of hdprime but in the last 3 days have had repeated error codes while trying to watch various series or movies. I've sent reports to them which have not been answered. Is anyone having similar problems?

Not having any problems with movies or series. However, TV catchup is failing badly with gaps in the recording, picture freeze whilst soundtrack continues. HDPrime have been informed and they promise "they're working on it". It's been going of for a while now. If it's not resolved by the time my current subscription expires, I'll drop the TV portion and just keep movies and series.
