problem solved , dont buy it,

buy a 12 month sub from a provider with a website, then when they get busted, come on here complaining that you have lost money. Using facebook allows them to protect themselves and in doing so it also protects any investment you make as well.

Also using facebook can help you learn how to use a caps lock button correctly

it does support Mag portals

I use a Mag256 to view it, never misses a beat during epl games, the mag256 can handle bandwidth issues better due its 15s buffer.

just about every supplier I know other than ilikehd allows you to use a Mag box.

what gave you the impression that it does not work with Mag portals, mag portals are to IPTV what STD tests are to prostitutes, a basic requirement to get business

if they use a fake facebook profile to communicate , then it only leaves the financial transaction as evidence that can be linked back to them.

it protects them from hassle from authorities,

if you use a facebook page, you can also block keywords from appearing on the page in public,

recently sky and virgin have been getting websites and facebook pages shutdown that advertise using their branded logos or channel names.

So the big boys now block certain words.

The game has changed and loose lips sink ships

Yes you are correct, the company have corrected this now - but if they had a web site or an attachment which could be sent out by email it would all be more convenient.
