Are you speaking with authority, or just pleasuring yourself on other people's misfortune?

We all know there are plenty of free VPN's so that's not strictly true. There are also other streaming sites that work fine but without 'catch-up'.

You appear to gloat or am I misreading you?

Like others I had the new HDPrime for a few days before the crash. What now is the best alternative particularly for premier league footy?

Not "gloating" or "pleasuring myself on other people's misfortune" as I have been a keen user of Thaiexpattv, iLikeHDtv and lately HDprime.

I thought I was just stating the obvious, HDprime TV stated themselves that their Facebook Page had been taken off line, they cannot accept major credit card payments and they will be back up and running around the 16th June. (Maybe they will create a new company doing the same thing again in the two weeks). That to me seems a terminal statement from them, and similar statements made by the other IPTV providers that were closed down totally just after the statements were made

I think you'll find that most free VPN's provider are only free for a trial period, have slow download speeds have a very limited download capacity or you are restricted to location of countries you want your VNP located, please if anyone knows of a good free VNP provider that over comes the issues I have noted, please let us all know.

Please provide links to these streaming web sites so we all can use.

This is the bit that is confusing me. You seem to be talking facts, but aren't providing links to anything. What statements (yes, I read the HD Prime statement, which stated server difficulties would be experienced until about 16th June).

HDPrime should be back up soon and they will add 7 days to all existing accounts but they are still having problems with the UK channels which they are working on.

I'm really confused. Yesterday, all services were interupted with the message "HDPrime is closing down indefinately. Customers will be contacted with alternatives or refunds"
Even there website was offline!

Now I've just tried it and it seems to be back except the catch-up isn't working but everything else is.

What is happening?

Don't knock it - enjoy it. The Doom & Gloom Merchants are sat ready, keyboards primed waiting to laugh at our discomfort in the event of any further disruptions (and there could be several more for at least a week yet).

Didn't you laugh at Geko a few weeks ago before Expattv went offline and he said he was having buffering problems using Ilikehd or did I misread your laughing smilie?

Probably. However it was not at him, it was the reply from iLikeHD. Basically, in the early days Expat used to use all of the same excuses, but they evolved. I have other friends who experience similar problems being fobbed off with different excuses. I actually find it hilarious the way these companies use excuses. Why don't they just say, "You are streaming TV to Thailand. There will be an element of buffering." That would be the truth, and I'd accept that. Problem is they won't say it.

Even though I have HD Prime, I'm not really using it (not that I could anyway).

Well apart from 'catch-up' everything seems to be working. My subscription has been increased by one month as I guess everyone else's has. I'd love to know the story behind that 'closedown' message.

Still, I'll enjoy it while I can and hope that HDPrime has a future.
