OK guys, we'll bring it back and review after a month.

We've got 3 choices:

- Go with Dannie Boy's photo

- Somebody provide an alternative

- I can choose something from our photo vault

I think as Dannie has made the effort, we should go with his offering. If there's no or little reaction by this time tomorrow, we'll go for one of the other options. Not sure about judges yet. I've sacked the UK panel, and I'll let our guest judges all play for the first week - maybe I'll judge the first one.

I'll close the competition on Thursday, and post the result by midnight Friday (if I remember :oops).

It was a game bird that took plenty of stuffing, just keeping it all in might be the problem?

To be perfectly honest, Steve Rosenthal's "Chicken version" of Steak Tartare really did not look that appealing.
