The bar on soi 80 is a good venue, I'm surprised they've gone for another place, I'm sure they have their reasons.
The El Toro cafe bar opposite does some nice food. :thumb:
If you mean the GARDEN (Toro Loco) soi 80 with music it's also a disturbance. Try to listen to the comment of a football game or a Grand Prix at Saloon 80 while music is playing.

Stupid reply.....why are so many people watching sports in bars ???? Because they don't have all those TV chains at home.

In most bars you cannot hear the commentary anyway as music is being played as well.
So your complaint is "stupid" as well!

LOL. bars are mostly noisy. So you shouldn't complain about hearing of anything or anysort. It is stupid indeed.

Watching Football matches in Pubs is a very UK thing. You can't watch TV during good music running.

Happy that Toro Loco (very appropriate name) is moving from Binta and soi 80 to soi 94 mybe to the top where their music will not bother other bars.

Many people like to watch sporting events in the company of other sports fans. Even if they can get it at home they like to go to the pubs to watch. In HH the 2 Irish bars Murphs and Father Teds get big crowds for Rugby games. You get used to either no commentary or a difficult to hear one and you get used to that, Most of the time they are just telling you what you can see anyway.

OK - Sorry, not helping, BUT........

Believe me, touch the "Jukebox" in Wales when rugby is on....... And it will not end well.

MY local club has a Licence for tomorrow [EDIT- MUPPET, Saturday, just too excited] - (08:35 K.O.) - 400+ tickets sold. We'll be watching on the Big Screen (with a few pints  ).

Yes i do mean this bar and as far as I am aware, and it's from a reliable source, they are not moving from this venue.

In fact I hear they are getting a 'screaming death metal band' in as the resident entertainment. :thumb:

I just seen their sign up on the main door of an empty bar on 94. The big open one that just recently closed and was partly demolished on the corner of the crossroads.

No, I presume you are thinking of Spots pool bar. Further towards Soi 94 from Spots, the first building. It has an open front and had Thai bands playing previously.
