Yes - we could still win the World Cup.
But then again - when I say "we", of course I mean Sweden.

Sorry!

Sweden never win WC. :guns:

Yesterday first half was ok, but second half was bad. So sad that Owen injured and what happen to Ferdinand maybe little injured problems? :(

Anyway England win B-group.

Bring to Ecuador.
Blackburn Rovers, pride of East Lancashire.

As good or bad as England has played, we have won the group, are in the knockout stages, and this I think is where England normally seem to play better.
I have never seen Englang play really well in any qualifying stages of competitions, so am really looking forward to the next game.

In the case of Equador, they were not really expected to get this far, perhaps they have played there best games in the early rounds (we can only hope).
Any way in closing I have one thing to say
" :lach: COME ON ENGLAND :lach: "

Not surprising you were sent to Coventry making statements like that.

What the hell do you mean. This topic is about the England Sweden game.

Guess with "Hail Hail" as his postscript, must be one of those closet Celtic fans that seem to live all over England.
Cheering for Henrick Larson when he scores for Sweden is the closest that the scots can get to having any participation in the World Cup.

Chelsea,

That was England's way of rewarding him for services to British football. The Celtic fans thought he deserved a knighthood, the England team simply gifted him a goal that didn't mean diddly squatt to anybody - debt paid.

Big Boy, was listening to talk sport the other day and they reckoned that the jocks had all been supporting Trindad & Tabogo as about 5 of their players play in the scottish league, and more to the point playing England.

Perhaps they have chucked away all of those ridiculas tartan caps with long ginger hair hanging out of the back of them, and now have blue and white tea cosy hats with dredlocks hanging out the back of them.

Does not bear thinking about, perhaps we can get a new emotion like this
:rasta: with a blue and white hat and call it JOCK

In Ireland the Irish will support Mongolia or East Timor if they were playing against England. Nothing nasty about it just a bit of fun and quite understandable considering the history between the two nations. I have also been told (by a Scotsman) that this is true to a lesser degree in Scotland.

I think most Scots football supporters especially the Celtic fans will agree that Henrik Larson was one the greatest players ever to play in the Scottish league.

I think Chelsea has a good point aswell.
