Arrest warrants sought for match-fixing in Thai football

Post by caller » Tue Nov 21, 2017 7:57 pm

Why doesn't this come as a surprise?

The Thai premier season finished last weekend and right on cue arrests are sought. All a bit of a mess really. Attendances have been dropping like a stone this season and you wonder how this will affect things? I guess it paves the way for yet another re--structure.

Doesn't surprise me one little bit. Thais aren't stupid, and there's no way so many referees could be so incompetent.

I was watching the swat cats highlights yesterday and the oppositions goal was really strange, even not knowing about what is now known, but the goalie seemed to make no effort whatsoever to make a save. It was all rather peculiar. Whereas the later equaliser was from a cracking heading.
