Ridiculous IMHO - 4-5 million a year, are you having a giraffe? Sorry, but nobody is worth that money.... let alone Wendyballers such as Ronaldo.

I think you missed the point pharvey, he is on 176 million dollars a year by the above stats. He earns 4-5 million just lacing his boots every day during training.

Yep - sorry, meant £4-5 million a month rather than year, but even that was wrong.....

I think you'll find the 2nd and 3rd figures are a breakdown of the 1st figure into pay/winnings and endorsement, so he's "only" getting 76 mil in total

Well spotted, so 88 million dollars is about 60 million pound, which is 5 million pound a month. Sorry pharvey, you was spot on.

As somebody inferred before, the worlds gone mad - it's difficult enough to contemplate a sportsman being worth £5m a year, but a month?....... It's more than crazy, it's downright immoral.

NHS doctor's Salary - 27,000 up to 102,000 pounds a year.

Radamel Falcao (at Man U) Salary - 285,000 pounds A WEEK to walk around a field of grass doing, well, not much really.

Yes, I read that the other day, but it was per YEAR, not per week - though still not a bad salary! Also rumour has it she's just walked away with a £5 million settlement for being "insulted" by Mourinho.......

[EDIT] Apparently she had been offered her job back on several occasions, but had made some incredible demands including a salary rise to £400,000 a year.

ph,
Falcao was a Colombian striker (I use the term "striker" loosely here :blues: )who played for a season for both Manchester United (where he earned around 285k a week) and Chelsea.
At both clubs he was absolutely pathetic.I doubt if he scored 5 goals in the two seasons ??

I think, somehow, you are getting confused with the ex Chelsea club doctor,Eva Carneiro  ,who recently settled a Court case with the club at around 1 million pounds.

Both their hairstyles were similar,so maybe this is where the confusion has arisen ? :D

It was stated openly that Chelsea offered Carneiro £1.2M to walk away before the case went to court, so doubtless the final confidential settlement will have been well in excess of that; some estimates put it at anywhere between £2-5M,
