Thought I'd also introduce myself.
Have read this forum for some time (as long as it took my house to be built - I'm sure you know how long that takes). anyway, am living and working in Bangkok, together with my wife and 2 girls.
Have recently bought a proerty 1km north of Cha Am. Its very nice and very peaceful and in total contrast to Bangkok.
We expect to stay here most weekends, just enjoying the peacefulness adn clean air. Only occassionally venturing into HH (the traffic starts to have the slightest resemblance of BKK at weekends!).
