New to Hua Hin

Hi everyone - very new here. Currently in HK and thinking about living in Hua Hin in a few years, but want to get to know the place. Sorry to ask a very newbie question but any fun bars you guys can recommend to have a chat with some residents and figure out what is going on and the ups and downs of life in Hua Hin? Thanks! Mr S
