Haven't played golf since I was a teenager... not sure I can afford it now but will have to see how the monthly budget works out, etc. I'm definitely a music and especially a food fan. Not sure what you referred to with respect to the Johnny Walker's Pub quiz but I'll look around on the forum when I have a chance.
Thanks again for the nice 'welcome'. I've visited many areas of LOS (for a short time at each in locale) previous years... Chiang Mai, Sukhothai, Phitsonoluk, Phuket, Koh Tao,Koh Samui, Koh Chang, Hat Kao Lak, Koh Phi Phi, etc. (I took up scuba diving for a while) but 1st visited HH last Jan. and quickly decided this might be the best place for me to retire. I appreciate the confirmation from someone who knows better than I. Hope to meet some of you friendly people in person someday.
