If you're ever looking to meet up with more Swedes, pop along to soi 6 and visit a restaurant that you'll find just before you reach the shooting range. Not sure of the name, but it seems to be doing very well. Owned by a Swede and his wife, and usually quite a few Swedish customers in there.
