Apparently they've moved as many patients as possible to the south side because of a peeping tom with binoculars... :laugh:

Hospital Traffic Lights

Well they now have a police box near the crossing and when they show red (during the day) a MIB steps out and stops the traffic, BUT as soon as the crossing is perceived to be clear the MIB waves the traffic on through the red lights. :banghead: Mind you at this point in time the Petcha looks like a giant car park :laugh:

I think the red light is mostly respected by cars but not by motor bikes-- well if you are hit you are right outside the ER.

Thanks for the advice. I will definately stay away from the 2 placed you cite if they are "farang ripoffs"...pity!

I recently needed emergency treatment. I asked a Thai friend to come with me as a translator-to HHH--she was not needed. The care was first class and totally ethical. The explanations given and post-care instructions perfect. When the bill came it was embarrassingly little.
