Wow fast delivery to HH less than 24hrs from online Shop

I tried for the first time a large online retailer (I don't know if I can say name) and ordered one of those expandable garden hoses I seen advertised in the US. I placed the order yesterday afternoon and it was delivered to my door 10 minutes ago. They actually called around 08:00 asking where our house is.

Considering its base is in Bangkok to be able to deliver it to my door in less than 24hrs is amazingly efficient.

If it's not a Hua Hin business or other forum, I don't see why not. It could be very useful to others in search of items not normally available in stores. Pete

Yes, anything that stops you having to go to shopping malls would be handy information. I've spent most of the last ten years working six days a week in a country where the shops close on the seventh and online shopping has been about the only type I've been able to do aside from what you can buy at service stations.

How well does the hose work that you ordered? Is it the hose that never kinks or tangles up and shrinks down to a small size when you shut the water off?

I use a Bangkok based sports retailer...... As I cannot get what I want in HH.....

Order by 3pm...... And it is delivered the next day by EMS.....

Lazada had their own truck deliver my hose it wasn't through EMS.

BTW I haven't connected the hose yet but I will let you know how well(or not) it works after I try it.

I wanted to try this, so Sunday night I ordered a slow cooker and one of those garden hoses that shrink up and are easy to handle. I believe the same one the OP ordered. It came Tuesday morning. They phoned saying they were 20 mins away from the house which was nice. We chose to use cash on delivery so no credit cards or anything like that were needed we just were told we need exact change. Everything was a breeze.

I tried the hose out and it worked very well and was so much easier to use than the green plastic/rubber hoses. As the hose fills up it kind of makes a snake like motion which got 1 of my dogs pretty curious. The hose weighs about nothing when it has no water in it and can easily fit in a shoe box. Hopefully it will last.
