Thanks for the advice. I may think I have met this Steve before when I was looking at some properties and he came around to do pest control of the neighbour property, and I think I met him also when my friends signed up to use pest control at their house. He's British I believe. I will for sure call him when I'm back home from work overseas, to see if he's available. The time I met him when looking at a property early last year, he said he really had enough work for the time being, but I guess if he has work in the area I live it shouldn't be too much extra to do another house?
