Many thanks
There is a shop on Petchkasem Rd, right opposite Soi 51, that stocks all types of baking ingredient requirements. (not cooking equipment)
Exactly. That is where I was going suggest. I reckon it's worth a look.
Here - http://www.huahinafterdark.com/hua-hin-area-map.htm Grid E8. You see the ABC, so the shop is about 50 yds up from there on the same side of the road.
Good luck.

I think that shop does have baking tins etc - at least it used to. There's also a shop on the corner of Chomsin and Srasong has plenty of kitchen stuff. I think people pass it by because outside they pile up all the plastic containers etc, Inside there's an Aladdins Cave!

The shop directly across from soi 51 is actually called "Bakery Mall". See for yourself: http://goo.gl/maps/wFaJz

Success! I found the specific 12 inch round baking tin with expandable side at Villa Market, cost just under baht 900, expensive but it is what I wanted so I treated myself. There was a cheaper version at baht 300.

Cheapest and possibly biggest selection of round/rectangular/shaped baking trays was at the shop in Pranburi (well done Sarge).

My next target is a Lemon cheesecake which i will make tomorrow morning. Once again my thanks to everyone for their assitance in this matter.

I'd be grateful if you could provide directions please Sarge - we'd like to have a look next time we're down that way.

Phetchasem road from HH to Pranburi Go straight on at the Tesco/Lotus traffic lights

The shop is red and yellow and about 300 metres on the left on the south bound lane BEFORE the Traffic lights / X roads of pranburi it self

Hope that helps its a good place
