Thanks Buksida,

The salon is in Ban Gai, just go over the railway lines (coming from town), go straight up between the two 7/11's. It is further up on the right side, well before the bend in the road. The street number is 5/174. It has green chairs. There is a very small lane right beside it.

There is a another salon just opened right next door with a bare concrete floor, it's not that one. To ensure you have the correct one ask for Orathai.

Alternately if you cant find it you can call me, on weekends, 084-0433991 and I can meet you somewhere and take you there.

Mallika,

You are more than welcome, however please be aware that this is just a regular non-descript Thai salon, not a flash upmarket place. You may be the first customer ever to come with their own driver, lol.

As for the perm, she says she doesn't have the right equipment, and she isn't aware of any place in Hua Hin that does this. However she is more than willing to help with anything else you may wish to do with your hair.

Salon up soi 80 between Sports lounge and Linda's bar seems to do a good trade. Seen a few farang women in there having colouring and perms which seem to take all day

Another good hairdressers, I have started using recently is Macs Salon, up on the Pala U road, directly opposite La Valle, It is the second row back just behind Barry bar, and other places.

Just a small Thai place, but really good haircuts and friendly service, spoken English as well which is a bonus from past experience, always seem to be ladies in their getting exotic things done!

One hairdressers that I can personally recommend is 'Ponytail'. The guy who cuts hair speaks perfect English, his name is Wat and he was trained by 'Toni & Guy' in Bangkok.
The address is: 31/28 Petchakasem Road and the telephone number is 032900142.
He cut my hair on Monday and he is excellent!
