There is a company called Excellence Plus which you will find amongst others if you Google interior design Hua Hin.

But you asked for recommendations and I have never used them, so cannot recommend but I do see their adverts regularly on classified websites.

Don't know if Beautiful World business still exists (as I don't live there any more)but Karen who was the owner would be great at this.

I would also recommend Beautiful World and also Siam Old Teak. Both have extensive experience and can do partial or turn key projects. I have felt with both and can recommend the same.
