Can any of you experts out there give me any info about the Dusita Estate on Soi 112 ?
Distance from town, local shopping / restaurants, communal facilities and general opinions about how well run the place is and what it would be like to live there....

Lived there for a couple of years. It's about 10 kms from town. There is a club house but was closed a long time ago due to lack of support. A swimming pool and club house was in the process of being built but seems to have been abandoned.
Very quiet area with security (who I have seen doing patrols at night!). Not too far from the floating market and a couple of good restaurants. Soi 112 will have more shops and amenities once the road is finished (quite close to that).
The worst point is that there is a Recycling centre (council rubbish dump) just down the road and if the wind is in the wrong direction the smell is quite overbearing.
