Building permit

Post by Gralee »

Can anyone tell me how long it normally takes to get a building permit in Hua Hin (Koh Toa area, if that makes a difference)?
Thanks in advance

G day mate, I did use P and N notary. But they keep putting costs up every time I do some thing.
The people here are good legal services huahin dot com
They sorted out a permit in about 3 weeks. My mate had the same problem as me at Palm hills and it was the same 3 or 4 weeks. I think the lady you need to talk to is Mod or Mot at
They also give you a translation if you want. But the price is upfront.
They also done a condo deal back in Feb for me. It was a difficult deal as the owner was in the UK.
It was also sorted out. I wont look back now with these people. Hope that helps
