The wall surrounding our development has started to move (bow) outwards in a number of places particularly where the height inside the development is more than 1.5 meters higher than the surrounding rice fields.
We have a Juristic Licence but have not taken over because of this problem.
Has anyone faced a similar situation if so who was responsible for the wall repairs, the plot owner or the developer? Who is responsible for an internal wall that joins a common area, the plot owner or developer?
It follows that if the developer is responsible then once the development is handed over the Juristic would be responsible a truly frightening prospect.

Re: Development perimeter walls
I asked this question to the owner of our village four years ago as I could see a problem in the future. His response was. The party walls were shared responsability with the next door house and the perimiter walls were they formed part of the property was the owners responsability any communal areas with a wall was the responsability of the project.paid for by community funds. The only problem seen is where owners have planted trees and now very big causing cracking of the wall.
