I don't believe it is no. I often played squash there years ago and the guy that works there told me a few times that unless you are super sneaky, they are going to know about you bringing a girl back and charge you a fee unless you book the room for 2 and give her passport at the front desk. Then of course she can be the only girl you can bring back during your stay. He told me that the security that is in the underground parking lot will even radio the front desk if you try to sneak one in that way. If you are looking for a girl friendly hotel, skip the Hilton.

FYI, when anyone uses the phrase "guest friendly" they are talking about taking a bar girl back to the room.

When you book hotels in Thailand they are split into 3 groups. In most hotels you book a room for maximum 2 people. If you turn up with a girl some will ask for her passport but most are not interested who the second person is. Most top hotels (including the Hilton & Sofitel) will ask to see the passport. The third type is where the booking is just for 1 person. In some hotels you must always pay extra for a second person in the room (even your wife). This is normally shown on your booking form so check it.

So where is the entrance, where is the reception, and do not forget the restaurant on the top, you access through elevators.

Also as a non Hilton guest, you can enter the restaurants. I do not believe, the smiling bellboy ask you "is the girl a hotelguest?" And the reception you do not pass.
By the way, we stayed 6 times each 3 weeks at the Hilton Hua Hin, and some friends came alone, but never sleeps alone, they had no problem.

The cost of a guest depends on he hotel, sometimes it is just the cost of breakfast but it can be as much as 50% of the room price. Of course you can sometimes sneak a girl in if that's the way you want to work. There are plenty of tricks such as arriving in a Tuk-Tuk with the girl sat next to the driver, etc.

Has the policy changed at the Hilton? Last time I was there absolutely no issues with overnight guests.
