Long term bungalow rentals
Long term bungalow rentals
Hey All,
I will be moving to Hua Hin for 2-3+ months very soon, are there any small bungalows for rent similar to those that a lot of people rent in Koh Samui for around 8-10k THB per month? WE have been living in a condo for the past 3 months in BKK and my little one is going stir crazy so would like the change to a bunglow.
Any advice appreciated
Thanks
Mac

There are some cheaper ones on the last page of the forum's property section: http://www.propertyhuahin.net/property. ... perpage=10

Thanks for this Buksida, I did take a look here earlier and all the lower priced options are apartments/condos. We were hoping to stay below the 10k mark on a bungalow if such a thing exists.

I think you're referring to very basic little one-room + shower bungalows? I'm not sure there is anything like that round here.
If not, you're unlikely to get a standard-sized (2-3 bedroom) bungalow on a short-term rent at the sort of prices you mention. I'm guessing, but I reckon you'd be looking at 20k baht or more. At least.

If you are looking for 2-3 bungalow (guessing - but with a small garden for the small one) you sure wont find anything here. You are looking at 20k in Hua Hin

How much, PJG? That sounds ideal for friends and relatives visiting.

Have different rates for length of stay. Again pm me if you want more details
Re: Long term bungalow rentals
PJG, you will need to take a property listing(s) on our database if you wish to market your rental properties here. Further attempts to do so on the public board or via private message will result in the PM function being disabled.

It's well worth taking an ad out on the forum too, ours have been on about a year now and I've been more than surprised by the level of traffic. The fees were covered after the first 2-4 weeks bookings, and all three of ours have had another couple of months of bookings each, commission free basically.
A good half the enquiries have been from Fins, don't know if there's any particular reason for that!?

That looks like it could work for us, I did contact the advertiser last week but didn't get any response, does anyone know where the development is, there should be more available.
Thanks
