I was there couple year ago, it was reasonable price, great location for night market and town, surround by many retirees hang out's and thai's food vendors day and night, 20-30 minutes walk to the beach, clean room with small swimming pool but very basic service.

Playboy gave a spot on discription. Good value, good location for town and clean rooms. Not a resort.
