Hi Jim, if that’s what he’s after, he can get it up in Issan for a lot less than one billion baht! In fact I could get him a deal for a whole village with all the swamp a man could desire.

I think you've spotted the flaw in the plan. Resident expats will have all the genuine Thai experience from seeing the in-laws in Issan.

And if he want a yung infested swamp locally, he could always try Tropical Hills 2?
