Love Bread

Post by Kraka's Dad »

Just got back from a lovely 3 weeks in Hua Hin.
Whilst there we discovered Love Bread. It is very like The Baguette and the quality is just as good.
It is north of the airport just a few hundred yards further north than the Dusit but on the opposite side of the road.
It was a great discovery. Give it a try.

Thank you for this thread lol, I can't live without french bread.

I was hoping to find it in Thailand. here in Bangkok it is not that easy to find a french bakery or something like that.

I'll buy a decent stock of bread there, then. :D 8)

Thank you

Off topic but not want to clutter the place up with a new thread. There is a French Canadian baker in BigC Rama 4 in Bangkok. If what you want is not there, then it does not exist.

The Cera Resort has a bakery for in house also take away .Whilst there in February there were a few French guests and they were queuing at breakfast at the bread counter also buying rolls at lunchtime to take to their rooms to fill and eat ?
As the only bread I eat is toast I cannot make a comment on taste , but the rolls , sandwiches and baguettes are freshly baked .

Eric Kayser in Thonglor, near Thong Lo BTS. Walked past it earlier today. Also has an outlet in Bluport, by Gourmet market. See his website below.

I found a variety of Love breads at Villa market. I bought a sourdough and whole wheat; both are excellent and the *best breads I've tasted in Thailand.
