Fortunately (of unfortunately) I don't know what my cholesterol status is, and I have no interest in finding out either. If something tastes good, I eat it.

I had that same philosophy when I retired and moved there, and I gained 30 lbs...

I guess I am lucky HHF, my weight has remained been between 60 and 70 kilograms ever since I completed my national service 30+ years ago. This is probably largely due to the fact that I never eat a meal simply because it's mealtime. Generally speaking, I only eat one proper meal a day, usually in the evening. I might occasionally make myself an English breakfast as well, but it doesn't happen very often. I just can't bring myself to eat if I'm not genuinely hungry.
