For cheap and cheerful The Whippet Inn on soi 80. Tried it last week and for the 150bht price tag it is brilliant value (is they have Stowford Press on tap for 170 bht a pint).

I did hear that the most popular restaurant dish in the UK is Chicken Tikki. Massala.
That is available in several Indian Restaurants.u

Palm Bistro have an excellent Sunday lunch as well as other "special meals" from time to time. They have a thread on this site which is well worth a visit.

Orchid on Soi 94 is supposed to be good, but I haven't been there myself.

Hi everyone
Cafe 99 soi 102 (about 1 & 1/2 klms down soi 102, to the crossroads, turn right and its 25 meters on left)
Marley does a great Sunday Lunch for 99 baht.
Chicken or pork, roast potatoes, mash, yorkshire puddings and 3 veg and your own gravy boat.
For a little extra, usually a good pudding, something like apple pie with custard or ice cream.
You can't beat it for that price!
We have been many times and taken friends, as yet no one has been disappointed
Thanks paderborn
