The small restaurant near the night market that does gaeng garee on Saturdays is happy to cook it any other day too. Just go in and order, it'll take 10 minutes to prepare.
Price is still the Saturday price of 40b.
I wanted to try the one at eat@huahin but they're priced for tourists (100b). Can't support that.

If you have problems finding a yellow curry somewhere in a restaurant and can be bothered to make it yourself (or get the Mrs to make it) then I reckon the best brand in my 15 years of living here that I've found is this one "Blue Elephant - Royal Thai Cuisine".....awesome for all of them.
Initially came across it as was looking for a good Tom Ka soup paste and is by far and away the best one I've found for all of the Thai curries and there are many pastes that fail badly. You can even buy packs with all the rest of the stuff in too from this brand.
Totally recommend this brand and you probably should find it in a decent mall somewhere, not cheap though as far as pastes go but worth it.

Thought I'd resurrect this thread for information purposes as I found that The Bauguette have Gean Gari Gai (chicken) on the menu. It is 99bt and comes served with a... baguette! I had it yesterday. It was very different to the one along the railway road, but very tasty too. It's listed as "Indian curry" on the English language menu.
