See Terrace 90 for reference

Krup,

Thanks for the feedback. So sorry about your Steak! We will take a hard look and see if this batch of Sirloins would be better off in our Hamburgers. Cost was just 239 Baht but the quality of the meat should always be high. We use only Thai French or Imported.

We would like to offer you your choice of any steak on our menu. No charge! We recommend either the Imported Tenderloin or the Thai French Tenderloin. Please contact me by PM to set this up. Or you could try a Lamb Chop dinner with Mint Sauce? Your choice.
.
We are here to please our Customers and when we do not we ask you to let us make it right.

Went with friends last week, first time for my family but not his. He nearly broke his teeth on the Sirloin. However not sure if he mentioned it to the staff. Our thai food was nice though!

fillet (blue)
Richard, I've never seen a blue fillet. What kind of animal does that come from. Most I know have red blood, therefore would be red or a darker shade towards brown depending on the amount of cooking.

If I were served a piece of meat that was blue, I think I would be afraid to eat it... :?
My brain is like an Internet browser; 12 tabs are open and 5 of them are not responding, there's a GIF playing in an endless loop,... and where is that annoying music coming from?

I have been a Director of Food & Beverage for 25 years, so I tend to think I know a little bit about food and booze. Don't ruin your burgers with using Sirloins!

We value our customers comments. So we changed our supplier on sirloins to Villa Market but kept our price at 239 Baht. We have comment cards, our email, (up top), our website and on days K. Poo, nights K. Lek and K. Nat the baker and coffee maker is around most of the time. Let us know what you like and what we can improve on.

Thanksgiving Dinner 25 Nov 10: Social Hour 5 PM. Dinner 6 PM. See reverse of this letter for details. Limited Tickets to insure a quality meal is served! Book Early. Full menu will be posted on www.terrae90.com and is at Terrace 90

Roasted “Butter Ball” Turkeys: for “Take Away”, in limited amounts, with Stuffing and Gravy. Nat’s Fresh Baked Pumpkin Pies will also be available. Book Early to reserve yours!

Wine: the Deli will be offering Australian, Chilean, French, Italian, Spanish, South African and California Wines at great prices. We buy direct from the Importer and our prices will reflect that. Let us know what your Wine Preference is and we will try to please! Over the next few months we will continue to increase our selections based
on you. Full list in the Deli.

Steak Promotion on Friday Night: We will start in December BBQ Nights, every Friday to Show Case our Wines and Meats. We will be using the same the Steak and Salads we sell in the Deli. Prices will be lower then you are used to with the quality, in our opinion, excellent. Decide for yourself at the promotion.

Deli: BBQ Sauce, Salads, Creaser Salad Dressing, and other items from our kitchen will be available for take away. We will also add to our selection of Bacon and Cold Cuts. Never Frozen Steaks at Great Prices will be stocked. Additionally Mexican items such as Flour Tortillas and Taco Shells we be on sale. Nat will offer Fresh Baked Breads, Rolls and such from her Bakery.

Buffets Stop End of November? We started the 199 Baht Buffet Nights to introduce our Restaurant. Food prices in the supermarkets and from our suppliers are continually going up. The cost for Imported Cheddar Cheese (Mexican Night) alone has made it impossible to continue. We could buy cheaper cheese and ribs and other products but that affects the quality and is unacceptable. We also could increase the price but we did not think that would be acceptable to you. Thus we are forced to discontinue the 199 Baht Buffets. If there is a demand we could keep going but the price would have to be closer to 299. Let us know what you think. Please provide any feed back you have to Lek, Poo, or Nat or on terrace90@gmail.com or www.terrace90.com

All the Best,
Lek, Poo, and Nat
