Has anything happened to Agoda? I've been using them for years, but this week, whenever I've tried, all that I've received is:

I am still receiving e-mail from them, but even clicking their links, I get the same. A friend of mine said he'd been getting the same problem in Cambodia a couple of weeks ago. I check Is It Down Right Now and receive:

Simply
http://www.agoda.com/
If you use Chrome as a browser, download the "Betternet" Add-on it gives a free unlimited VPN which may help you.

Used it yesterday with Firefox, no problems at all.
That type of error is usually ISP related, searching for the site on Google then going to it via that often works.
