We've used them many times for smallish domestic appliances, and other bits and bobs. They've been totally reliable with everything we've bought from them. The goods obviously come in the post, so make sure that there's someone at home to sign for them. We live a bit out in the sticks and it's sometimes difficult to buy what we need. If you live in Hua Hin, then I would have thought that you can buy pretty much what you want in the variety of shops you have around you. I prefer to feel and fiddle with something I want to buy. ;)

We have used them 5 or 6 times. To be honest cant really fault them, the prices are keen and are reliable. As well as beijgbtold when to expect the goods, they also re ring about 30 mins before they arrivebwhichnis helpful. I guess its so you can nip to the atm if you need

Used it plenty of times, very reliable, good service and better prices than a lot of the retail stores.

We started using them about 18 months ago, and have bought a lot from them since. Their prices are very competitive, and using their COD service removes any risk.

They do offer items at good prices.. :thumb: How about their returns policy..?
I bought a dash-cam from a mate who dealt with them..it literally went up in smoke..we had to toss it out of the car window! Do I check out their prices on dash-cams ('cos I'd like another)..or simply go along to M.V...?

We purchased some emergency lighting from them a couple of weeks ago - when received it seemed none of the units worked, and instructions were in the finest Chinese :? .

It actually turned out that there was a second on/off switch on each unit - the second looked like a proprietry label. We found the secondary switch by accident about 36 hours after receipt.

In the meantime I had been sent up many wrong roads trying to find their returns/complaints procedures. On the face of it, processes are in place, but if we tried to go down any of those roads we hit a brick wall.

There probably is a way, but I never found it.

I have recently ordered some C.O.D. items which I had expected to be delivered by their normal courier. Wrong..... items are being sent by Thailand Post. I tracked a sent package via the TP tracking page. It had a 2 day holiday in Bangkok before arriving in Hua Hin where it stayed for another 3 days until I went to the Post Office with the tracking number. That's the new office down by the airport. It took a while for the staff to locate my delivery but they eventually found it. I then had to pay the Post Office the C.O.D amount. So much for the pay on delivery, I think I would still be waiting had I not chased it up.

I am at this moment awaiting another delivery which has had a 2 day holiday in Bangkok and arrived in Hua Hin at 06.30am yesterday morning. I shall wait until Friday before I visit them to once again pay them for something that should have been delivered to my home.

If this is going to continue I will be thinking carefully about future C.O.D purchases.

It all depends on the supplier - some items on Laz are COD, others (especially small items) they'll mail and you're at the whim of the archaic Thai postal system.

I ordered a UPS which went south before the warranty was up - Laz only guaranteed it for a couple of weeks, but managed to get a replacement unit direct from the manufacturer.

I am in the middle of dispute with Lazada. I ordered a phone, paid COD and next day realized they had sent a wrong charger for it. I requested a proper charger (= USB-C charger) and they promptly promised to send one.

Then nothing happens for one week, no contact, no charger, so my new phone is useless. After I requested the charger second time, they sent me a collection of adapters, but not the right charger.
After this talked with their representative, who advised me to send back the phone to get refund. This I did.

Two weeks of silence, then suddenly they say they will not accept the return nor refund the money. This in spite of the fact that their delivery was only partial one and they themselves have requested me to send back the phone.

I'll go to court over this and will keep everyone posted about it all. Seems they have one-way-pocket and readily abandon their own written rules.

This is going to be very interesting!

I think this is a problem with Thai post not Lazada.

I have ordered quite a few items (from other retailers) which were supposed to be delivered to me in hua hin which I had to pickup in the end (sometimes thai post couldn't even find my package at their office).

My item has now been listed on the tracking site as Poste Restante. Thai Post have not been anywhere near my house even to advise me that they have it.
Had a long email conversation with Jonnie from Lazada yesterday afternoon. He has suggested that I go and collect. I have politely advised him that the item is a C.O.D order and as yet is still unpaid for and I will pay when the delivery appears at my door.
It's wait and see time.

I sent one item back last year because it was not the right model and I got the refund, also of the postal charges, after about 2 weeks.

Im surprised there are phone manufacturers who don't ship phone, charger, cables, etc., in a single box.
