Best coverage Dtac or Ais

Which company DTAC or Ais have the best internet coverage in Hua Hin Black Mountains - and can I buy simcard for this in other shops than Marked Village? I will need mostly data -

I've used my AIS service all over Thailand for data, and strangely enough, the only place that I can't pick up a service is sitting outside the International School at Black Mountain.

I'd actually be interested to hear if I'm the only one with this problem.
