Help!

I have just discovered that I cannot post links or videos, and on further investigation cannot send or receive Personal Messages. I think I have passed the criteria for being able to do so but if I have done something wrong can someone please tell me what it is? I would have sent a message to a moderator or administrator as it instructs in the FAQs but of course I am unable to! I know I don't come on here much but I would like to be able to do these things.

It appears that the software security has flagged your account and left it as a 'newly registered user' despite the fact you have made over ten posts. Our tech gurus will investigate.

Not wishing to sound impatient, but just checked my User Control Panel and I still can't send or receive Personal Messages. After my early experiences as a poster on here I am feeling a little picked on, what with in jokes about newbies and accusations about my real identity and now this. Is it that complicated to sort these things out? I am eager to read BaaBaa's PM!

The forum software was changed not so long ago so it's probably still having a few teething problems.
