Seeking brother in Prachuab

I am french and need some help to contact my brother Arthur Canavesio in Prachuapkhirikhan because something bad happened in our familly and is mobile phone number doesn't work anymore.

He setteled in Thailand a few month ago with his thai girlfriend, her two child (a girl and a boy called Hanon) and her grandmother. All we have is the adress of the grandmother:

we have send a letter two weeks ago but no answer yet, if you go to this place and see a french guy called Arthur (32 years old) please ask him to contact his brother because it's an emergency.
