Found Dog

This lovely male dog was found near Samorprong Temple. He had a collar and rabies tag. Any info please contact me on this site.
I'm sure he is missing his owner.

Yes, he is a handsome fella. He may have just been out house shopping looking for a nicer place? Hope his owner is found. Pete

EDIT: A thought....are the rabies tag numbers recorded in a data base? A vet would know. If so the owner name/address should be there also I would think.

Thanks Pete, didn't think of that.
Vets here don't really record data that I know of.
I got my dogs vaccine from Pet Land, to do myself, and doubt they record the number. But I will ask anyway.

I've just checked our dogs rabies tag and there's no number on it, so unless different areas use different systems, you will be out of luck.

Some 'winter ex pats' come for 6 months, get a dog, just to create a 'happy family''collar it and get shots, then when they leave dump it in a distant soi--- very heartless. I'm feeding 3 soi dogs like this.

This may very we'll be the case as he understands English and knows a few commands.
It's hard for me to wrap my head around how people can be so cruel.
