Patio furniture covers

Post by MLS »

Hi,
Do you have contact details for someone who can make covers for outdoor furniture? I want to (try to) keep gecko crap and cat pee off them.
Thanks!

We used a lady named Pat, she did a great job making new patio furniture cushions for us. I'm sure she can make the covers you describe. Her number is 085-664-0955. She has a website, www.patdesigncurtain.com and email patcurtain@hotmail.com

Just a word of caution.....you might be making more problems for yourself than solving! You might get the same as with car covers, making a nice dark home/ shelter for all sorts of nasties. Snakes, rats, scorpions, wasps etc
Enjoying 'Retirement'....So many jobs to do, I don't know how I ever had time to work!

Thanks Jesse, much appreciated!
Good point, NOKYAI and PET, and I am vigilant about checking for unwelcome visitors under the covers. I do already use covers - and always very gingerly lift them off! - but I need more, for a couple of new coffee tables, just for when I'm away for a few days to mainly protect the glass tops not only from gecko sh*te, cats and dust but also from my gardeners's children, who sometimes turn up with her and use the furniture for picnics and play with their scratchy toys on them...
