Anybody got any history of this company not following through? I've paid Joe a 16k THB deposit and was meant to have a new door fitted before the end of March. Can't reach him on his mobile, the office simply say I need to send an email - which I've now done twice - but there is no reply. Of course, I've asked that he either fits the door or refunds my money but I might as well have spent it on drink and bar girls.
An expensive lesson I'm learning the hard way.

I have never had any problems with Joe or his workers.
He has given you the office mobile number. Not his personal one. I know this from prior experience. The girls in the office always say the same.
