Maybe just a personal preference. I think a higher view without the dash in the bottom would make for better videos.
My brain is like an Internet browser; 12 tabs are open and 5 of them are not responding, there's a GIF playing in an endless loop,... and where is that annoying music coming from?

Hey Fallas and ladies, don't any of you have some new videos of the
Hua Hin and areas N and S. I like the pictures and all the comments and stories etc.
but a video is worth at least 1000 words, Just saying!

Give some specifics. I'm often out and about - more than happy to switch the dash cam on. I might even use my legs and go walkabout as well

To mark King Bhumibol Adulyadej's 87th birthday on 5 Dec 14, Hua Hin has errected an excellent light display as a tribute. On 3 Dec 14, I took a drive around the town to capture some of the spectacle.

 Guess who forgot to clean the marks from where the SatNav sits on the windscreen?

For those who remember, I've not switched sound off - I think most, if not all of the clicking has been eliminated with the software download that I tried.

OMG :banghead: There's a huge chunk of video that should have been edited out. I'm so sorry. I will correct it, and re-upload tomorrow.

I've had the edit table filled to capacity this afternoon, and hopefully after yesterday's awful effort, these 2 drastically shorter efforts will be better.

Big Boy! Thanks for the new videos! For my frozen pleasure, if you are out and about at
some beach and can get some shots of the para- sails or Kite skiiers, etc. and the
usual beach activities of the kids having fun and some lucky, touri, enjoying the
sun and the eats at the beach. I have an old silent movie of a day at Kata beach in Phuket,
but it is nice to hear the sound of the waves and the noises as well. I have not got modern enough
until this year to do that. On my next trip I have a new Galaxy tab 4 so I can finally
video tape my next trip

Any good old Songkran videos out yet?
I have seen a bit on the Thai channel 3, as well as CTV and on computer,
but not a lot from Hua Hin. Here in frozen Canada, it was about +16c today, and
the snow is long gone, but I would have enjoyed getting wet and having fun in Thailand
somewhere.

I wore the GoPro while out yesterday (first time as a clothing accessory). I'm a bit disappointed with the results - the GoPro has such a huge capture area, I was often too far from the action (not so far as not to get wet though). Some idiot kept pumping his super soaker in front of the lens also ................. wait a minute, that was me :D . Also, I hate the iced water, so it was very difficult to stand still to capture decent video. With hindsight, if Songkran was today, I could do a lot better

I have 48 video clips to edit/sew together, so it'll be a couple of days yet I'm afraid.

I've not watched this video all of the way through (actually only the first few minutes so far), but what I have seen, looks very interesting. An unedited walk around Hua Hin in 1991.
