POLL: How many forum members live in Hua Hin?

UK, Greece, China, SA, Rayong... I've noticed quite a few posters don't actually live in Thailand or if they do, not Hua Hin. So come on. Satisfy my curiosity.

What % of members actually live here and if you don't what keeps you attached to this forum?

Good idea Mr P but no option for 'used to' so I've ticked the holidays option as the only one that fits now.

I was going to be living there in 2004 but at the last minute things didn't work out, so I am where I am in Rayong. With a 7 year old daughter I'm glad I am after reading the school horror story from HHTel. It's the most sensible, friendly and interesting forum in Thailand that I've found, and has a "community feel" to it which I like a lot. The community is not just necessarily Hua Hin only, but all of Thailand regardless of where a member is. What people post is usually applicable no matter where you live here, discounting the local domestic chit chat....but even that is valuable when people visit down there.

We've picked up a handful of new regular posters over the past year, but we need more IMO as people get burned out after several years. Evidenced by my decreased posting habits, SJ, Spitfire and a few others. Pete

That's an important one. How did I miss it? Damn my 'dumbed-down' edumacation.

Have to agree. It's a great forum particularly if you like getting regularly savaged.
