the cashier's from HUA HIN

Post by rosso »

During my last holidays I went first time to Hua-Hin. I was in Khon-Kaen, Pattaya, Koh Samui and Chumphon. I was very disappointed about Koh Samui and I will never go back. Fortunately I decided to do a stop at Hua-Hin. And I discovered what I really miss on other places = friendly thai-people. I had 10 very good days at Hua-Hin and I will go back as soon as possible. I was on a perfect guesthouse with helpfull staff. And I discovered also the nightlife from Hua-Hin. It's small and quit. But what kind of cashier's-gilrs they have at the celtic-bar and at the king-bar is unbelievably. I can only say, they are a good reason to do a visit again.
I hope Hua-Hin will not be a similar touristic-place like Pattaya or Koh Samui but we wil see what will happen in the future.

Hello Rosso,

I wll be making my first trip to Hua-Hin this March and I am interested in finding a good guest house to stay at.

Which Guest House did you stay at and what was their Daily Rate.

Thanks

BobSJ, what price range are you thinking of? What kind of facilities would you like to have in the room?

Guest House

I'm looking for a Guest House for 900-1000B a day with Lg-double bed, AC, TV, basically European Standards. It should be guest friendly and in the area around the Hua-Hin Hilton.

What is the action like in Hua-Hin??

Thanks for the Help

See accommodation for my answers. Action here is not what it is in Big Mango, Pattaya or Phuket, but there still is some. The main area is on the sois in front of Hilton hotel. Anyway most people here are friendly and rip offs are not common so I'm sure you'll enjoy your vacation here.
