if you have a price in mind for your house, go visit a few real estates and ask them what can i buy for this amount and what as sold recently for this price, then you can compare location, house size, conditions etc to your place.

The only thing that made me miserable here was being married to a thai, now i can catch the 830am boat to pattaya, have a few hours in the famous soi 6, and catch the 330pm boat back to hua hin...that will make me happy11

get the realtor to ask the potential buyer what they liked and disliked about the property, and what price they think it should be. What i like about thai expat tv, is i can watch everything on replay, i don't think 365 you can? I also subscribe to rugbypass.com which also allows me to watch all games on replay, i was hoping to drop their service and watch it under the one banner with thai expat tv as well as access to tv shows ...
