Re: Khao Tao Lake

This amused me today - the solid base on which to build the scaffolding. A couple of nails into the concrete uprights to secure some wooden planks. What else would they need?

Re: Restaurant at the end /start of road 112

Looking at the photos, the food looks OK until you get to my pet hate - frozen chips, and very thin frozen chips, which is worse for me. Prices on the menu look very reasonable though. Looks good enough for a try one day soon.

Yes, getting tight now. If I'm not knocked off the top now, its more luck than skill. I have never got a clue when it comes to the end of a season and common sense goes out of the window.

Re: Premier League 2023-24

Relegation is a fact of life/football, it is a horrible feeling that I don't wish on anybody, but sh*t happens - a very real possibility it will happen in Plymouth again very soon - something you learn to take on the chin and move on. What I am enjoying though is the karma of seeing the Everton fans...

Re: The journey to a Yellow Book in Hua Hin

In the beginning, after initial enquiries I didn't bother with a Yellow Book (YB). It was only when others, not living in Hua Hin got theirs so easily that I thought I'd do it. Of course, Hua Hin, being Hua Hin made things a lot harder, and that story is history, and documented at the start of this ...
