Re: Thailand Visa Rules
Part of the problem is the meticulous day counting that a person has to do to avoid overstaying, another part of the problem is having to rely upon back to back tourist visa's to stay here in Thailand in order to avoid having to leave the country every other week(14 days) by land or every month(30 ...

Before we all jump on the OP maybe we should give him a chance to explain why he has made the post. Maybe he has been jumping through those hoops for 20 years and now there are too many of them ... who knows! Part of the problem is the meticulous day counting that a person has to do to avoid overst...

I went to Pattaya recently and i looked at a few apartment complexes in the central Pattaya area and i have a couple of questions.

I(and my girlfriend) are currently 'in the process' of building a small house in a poor little village near nakhon nowhere and i have to say that building a house in Thailand has been a stressful and frustrating experience, but it's a lot cheaper to buy or build a house in Thailand than it is to buy...

Re: Land Office Scam
When we purchased our House in Hua Hin a year and a half ago, the Land Office tried to charge us 28,000 thb for their fees when the actual charge was 8,000 thb. We just sold the same house and they said the taxes and fees were over 40,000 thb. When my wife questioned them they said we had owned the...

Thailand
It is sad that foreigners living in Thailand are only allowed to spend money here and are legally not allowed to own much of anything. I feel like i am almost always having to protect myself from being scammed or ripped off here in Thailand, it's crazy. Thailand has got more fruits, nuts, liberals a...

Per above, I've never seen an fresh avocados anywhere, although I don't frequent Foodland or Villa often. Do they have them, or anyone seen any in the markets? I think the climate is wrong here to be able to grow them, except maybe in the north. Pete I have never seen avocados for sale here in Thai...
